(5% PST and 5% GST) or 13% HST after July 1, 2010 *See our Specials and Packages page for discounted spring rates The above rates are based on 4 people in a two bedroom, and 6 people in a 3 bedroom cottage. An extra charge of $27.00 per person or $160.00 per week is charged for each extra person over an above the number of people the cottage is based on. * PAYING FOR YOUR STAY - All rates are quoted and payable in Canadian Dollars. We accept cash, traveler's cheques, visa, master card, or certified personal cheques. Unless prior credit is established, we do not accept personal cheques for final payment. U.S. currency is accepted at the prevailing exchange rate. (We do not accept American Express cards or Debit cards.) *CHECK IN/OUT - Check-in is normally 4 pm on your day of arrival, and check-out is normally 10 am on your day of departure. *DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS - A deposit of $100 per night per cottage with a maximum of $500 is required to confirm any reservation. If you have to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 bookkeeping charge if you notify us in writing at least 21 days prior to your arrival (spring and fall packages-May 21 to June 19, and September 6 to October 30) and at least 30 days prior to your arrival (Summer packages-June 19 to September 4). If you depart prior to your confirmed departure date, you will be charged for the full period of your reservation unless we are able to re-rent your accommodation for the full period originally reserved.

 

What Your Package Includes at Logpointe.
The use of the cottage for the time period reserved, on site recreation: paddleboat, canoes, kayaks, rowboat, horseshoes, badmintion, soccer net, children's playground, wooded hiking trails, lake water swimming with a sandy bottom and a water trampoline, and a private dock. All linens, towels for the number of people reserved for the cottage, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, kitchen towels, toilet paper, and a small starter basket of dish detergent, coffee filters, coffee, and bar soap for your convenience. Please note we do not supply beach towels.

 

Highchairs and Cribs (Pack n' play)
Cribs (pack n'play) and highchairs are available at no extra charge and must be reserved when you make your reservation.

 

Boats/Motors/Jet Ski Rentals
Guests wanting to rent a boat and motor for a 7 day rental should reserve them when you make a reservation to insure availability. Jet Ski's do not need to be reserved ahead of time. Please contact us for rates. There are no launching facilities at Logpointe for guests who have their own boats. Boats can be launched at White's Falls Marina(extra charge). Your trailer can be kept at the Logpointe property until your departure. Please let us know if you will be bringing your own boat.

 

Barbeques
Each cottage is supplied with a propane barbeque.

 

Pets
You are welcome to bring your pet as long as it is well behaved and kept from disturbing other guests. You must clean up both inside and outside after your pet.

 

Laundry Facilities
Nearby in Port Severn 10-15 min. drive.

 

Life Jackets
We do have a small inventory of life jackets, however if you have some of your own please bring them with you especially if you have young children.

 

Fires
Outside fires are permitted only at the waterfront in the existing fire pit. Firewood is provided at no extra charge.
